Our Story of Compassion and Innovation
A few years ago, our father-in-law was visiting Hawaii when he fell and hit his head. He had bleeding in his brain and had to be rushed to the hospital. After the doctors stabilized him, he was moved to a skilled nursing home to recover.
While visiting him every day, we noticed something that stayed with us. We saw people waiting for help. We saw people who needed comfort. We saw people who needed someone to simply sit with them.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, we understood the medical side — but as family, we felt the emotional side even more. We realized that many seniors were not receiving the warmth, compassion, and personal care they truly deserved.
That experience changed us. It opened our eyes to how deeply seniors need connection, dignity, and a place that feels like home.
Bluewater Senior Homes was established in California in 2024 with a mission to create a warm, supportive home where seniors are cared for like family.

Meet The Team

Jasy Yin
For more than 20 years, Jasy Yin cared for women as a nurse practitioner, a role that taught her how deeply people need compassion, respect, and someone who truly listens. Over time, she realized those same needs only grow stronger with age.
Rather than slowing down, she wanted to use her experience to support another group close to her heart: older adults, many of them women who spent their lives caring for others.
This passion led her to create Residential Assisted Living homes—warm, safe environments where seniors are treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine human connection. The values that shaped her career in women’s health now guide her in building homes where elders feel supported, valued, and loved every day.
